How many days are required for final delivery?

It will take a maximum of 10-15 business days for final delivery. After placed, your order will be marked for ready shipment. Sometimes few products go out of stock kindly compromise and wait 2/5 days for manufacture. You will get your tracking id we will send you through email or phone number.

Note: Your delivery also goes late 2/5 days late due to holidays.

What is Process of Return and Exchange?

When you will get your final delivery, some suggestions for you:

  • Look to complete your product carefully without any physical or shipping loss.
  • Check first you get your right order product
  • The damaged product you can return in 7 working days. Shipping charges will be taken again for a replacement product.

Returned Products:

  • Returned products will get in 10-15 days in real condition, make sure washed, used or worn items will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Also Mention all your data such as name, address, and Order ID with the returned product.

After receiving your parcel in organic condition then you will be able to get back the refund that you used to place an order. If you want to buy another product or size, or design then you have an option to place an again order.

Make Sure before Retuned Parcel:

Used, and washed products will be acceptable and also be returned at the buyer’s cost. All returned products will be your responsibility. All other taxes such as customs fees, ship charges, and international taxes will not be refunded.

What If I Don’t Get My Order at All?

25 Days is the maximum number of days after shipment.  If you will not get your order kindly contact us via support email we will tell you. And tell you the main issue or refund your order payment.

Why I can’t receive my multi product that are order.?

If you placed an order for more than 2 products but get 1 item so don’t worry. We used different warehouses and shipping for delivery. You will get all items in mentioned delivery days.

After placed order, can I take refund?

Without final, any product doesn’t place an order. But if you change your mind then it takes 24/48 hours for processing.  Sometimes it takes a long time for a refund due to technical issues. So, kindly wait to receive the product.
